What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit card orders, using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
When will my credit card be charged?
For all downloadable products your credit card will be charged the day your purchase was placed.
How will the charge appear on my credit card?

Can I order without a credit or debit card?
We're sorry, but at this time we only accept credit or debit card orders, using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
How secure is the transaction?

How do I check my order status?
All of our software can be downloaded and used immediately after payment. After you enter and submit your order information, you will be alerted that our software is ready to download to your computer. Additionally, a confirmation email is sent to you about your order.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee with all our products.
How do I cancel my order?
Since our products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot cancel your order. However, you can request a refund by following our procedure for returning products.
How do return a product?
If you need a refund on a downloadable product, please contact us to request a refund. You will then be emailed a Letter of Destruction. You must accept the terms of the Letter of Destruction in order to receive your refund. Refunds are processed promptly.
How do I get my money back?
Your credit/debit card will be automatically credited once your refund has been processed.
When will the credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund will appear on your card within 48 hours of us processing your return.
When I enter my registration code it tells me that it is invalid. What should I do?
All registration codes must be entered exactly as printed in your confirmation email. Additionally, these registration codes are case-sensitive. The easiet way to make sure that you are entering the correct registration code is to copy and paste it directly from your confirmation email.
I have lost my registration code. Can you resend it?
No problem. Just send an email to our customer support department at support@runningdeersoftware.com and we'll resend your code within 24 hours during weekdays. Remember: it's best to print out your registration email when you get it, just so you have a copy that's not stored on a computer.
How much do I need to know about using a spreadsheet to use MuscleCALC or Exercise Genie?
If you can fill out a checkbook and enter numbers into separate columns, that's all you need to know.
Can I use MuscleCALC or Exercise Genie on both the Mac and PC?
Yes. When you purchase, the download package contains versions that work on both the Mac and PC.
Can I use MuscleCALC or Exercise Genie from a flash drive?
Yes. However, keep in mind that any computer where you would like to access MuscleCALC or Exercise Genie needs to have either Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice installed.
Can MuscleCALC and Exercise Genie work with Microsoft Works?
No. Although Microsoft Works can use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, it does not have the capability to work with multiple sheets in a workbook. This is required for MuscleCALC and Exercise Genie.
However, you can download the free OpenOffice and get started right away.
Couldn't I make my own spreadsheet that does the same thing?
Yes. That's what we did. However, please realize that MuscleCALC and Exercise Genie contain many advanced formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, custom lists, etc. going on behind the scenes, not to mention the custom color palette and extensive printed output settings. And, that's across more than 15 worksheets within the workbook. That would probably take even an advanced spreadsheet user significant time and effort to construct. We think that $19.95 is a reasonable price to ask for something that will pay for itself within a short period of time.
Why can't I see all of the cell formulas?
The worksheets are protected, in order to ensure correct operation.
